SAY strives to live by our church's mission statement: 'To be a light for Christ in the community'.
We meet every Sunday in our church hall from 6pm-8pm except for the second Sunday of every month when we meet on Saturday instead. Our address is 35 Margan Avenue, New Lynn.
The fundamental aspect of being the light for Christ is showing unconditional love through our actions. This is reflected in our 'Love Project' which is a voluntary outreach to our community.
Below are some examples of our weekly and annual projects...
*Weekly Car wash (9am-1:00pm) Please note car wash is on hold due to the water shortage & COVID-19; will resume as soon as appropriate!
*Mother's Day Breakfast (Mother's Day 8:30am - 9:30am) This might not happen due to the current virus but will determine closer to the time... watch this space!!
*Father's Day Breakfast (Father's Day 8:30am - 9:30am)
*House Cleaning (inside and/or outside)
*Moving Furniture and more.
